The 2022 virtual Annual Conference is almost here: practical information.

As the Fleet Forum Team is preparing and rehearsing and we're talking teams and presenters through last minute questions, and as the Borish Team is getting the studio ready for the 2022 virtual Fleet Forum Conference, which starts tomorrow on June 28 and continues on Wednesday June 29, we will leave you with some practical information:

How to join the virtual Annual Conference?

You can find the registration link on our website. Go to: https://www.fleetforum.org/annual-conference and register. You will receive a link to join Airmeet. Click on the link, and you are in!

If you cannot participate in the Conference:

If for any reason, you cannot live participate in the Conference in real time on Airmeet, you can follow everything that happens online. You can find us:

What is on the Agenda?

We have 12 Breakout Sessions with different topics on both days, there are Plenary sessions and Keynote presentations. If you like to plan ahead on the sessions you would like to join, click here for the most recent Agenda.

What is the Network Opportunity?

When you register for the Conference, you will receive a link to Airmeet. On both days, Airmeet allows us to gather in "virtual rooms" each with their own topic. On both mornings before the Conference starts - and in the evenings when the programme finishes, you have the opportunity to take a seat at the table in one of the rooms, and ask questions, meet peers, start a discussion or just listen and learn.

Are there any costs?

Participating in the Annual Conference is free of charge for our Fleet Forum Members. Anyone from anywhere in the world with an internet connection can join, but for non-members, a fee applies.

We thank our sponsors Toyota Gibraltar Stockholdings, Borish and UPS for helping us to make this event possible.

Any other questions?

Send us an email: Renate.Boere@FleetForum.org and we'll get back to you!
